Inspire’s self-development guides give you (or another co-worker) the tools to improve your natural work capabilities.
What self-development guides are available?
Each person within Inspire has three unique self-development guides:
Personal Development Guide: The Personal Development Guide helps you build self-awareness and improve how you interact with your co-workers.
Management Skills Guide: The Management Skills Guide helps you grow as a leader and improve how you manage and motivate others.
Self-Concept: The Self-Concept details how you perceive the external demands of your work environment.
How to view/download your own self-development guides
To view your own self-development guides:
Log in to the PI software.
Select Inspire from the top navigation bar.
From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.
Click “View more.”
You will land on your person page.
Look for “Self-Development Guides” on the left-hand side.
Select “Personal Development,” “Management Skills,” or "Self-Concept."
You’ll land on the respective guide.
To download your own self-development guides:
Navigate to your page in Inspire.
Click "Download or Email Reports" in the top-right of the screen.
A menu titled “Download or Email Reports” will appear.
Under “Self-development,” select each of the guides you’d like to download.
Click the “Download items” button.
The download will automatically start.
Note: If you select multiple resources, they will download as separate PDFs.
Tip: You can also email these reports if you'd prefer. To do so, click "Email items" and follow the subsequent directions.
How to view/download a co-worker's self-development guides
To view another employee's self-development guides:
Log in to the PI software.
Select Inspire from the top navigation bar.
Search for the co-worker whose guides you’d like to view.
You will land on that employee's page.
Look for “Self-Development Guides” on the left-hand side.
Select “Personal Development,” “Management Skills,” or "Self-Concept."
You’ll land on the respective guide.
To download another employee's self-development guides:
Navigate to the employee's page in Inspire.
Click "Download or Email Reports" in the top-right of the screen.
A menu titled “Download or Email Reports” will appear.
Under “Self-development,” select each of the guides you’d like to download.
Click the “Download items” button.
The download will automatically start.
