Every employee in Inspire has their own Snapshot page. The Snapshot describes a person’s behavioral identity at a glance.
What’s included in the Snapshot?
An employee’s Snapshot includes the following behavioral insights:
Their Reference Profile
Their Behavioral Pattern
Notes about their preferred work style
Strengths and potential caution areas
A description of their factor combinations
How to view/download your own Snapshot
To view your Snapshot:
Log in to PI Inspire.
From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.
Click “View more.”
You’ll land on your Snapshot page.
To download your Snapshot:
Look for your name at the top of the page.
Click the download icon (
) next to your name.
A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.
Select “Behavioral Report” from the list of resources.
(Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.
Click the “Download items” button.
A PDF will download containing your Behavioral Report.
You’ll find your Snapshot on pages 1–3 of the report.
Note: If you select additional resources, they will download as separate PDFs.
How to view/download a co-worker’s Snapshot
To view another employee’s Snapshot:
Log in to PI Inspire.
Search for the co-worker whose Snapshot you’d like to view/download.
Click that person’s name from the dropdown options.
You will land on their Snapshot page.
To download another employee’s Snapshot:
Look for the employee’s name at the top of the page.
Click the download icon (
A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.
Select “Behavioral Report” from the list of resources.
(Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download
Click the “Download items” button.
A PDF will download containing the co-worker’s Behavioral Report.
You’ll find the person’s Snapshot on pages 1–3 of the report.
