Which employees have a Management Strategy Guide?

Every employee in Inspire has a dedicated Management Strategy Guide.

Unlike the Management Skills Guide, which is designed to help you grow as a leader, the Management Strategy Guide offers personalized guidance for managing specific individuals.

How to download a person’s Management Strategy Guide

  1. Log in to the PI software.

  2. Select Inspire from the top navigation bar.

  3. Search for the co-worker whose guide you’d like to download.

  4. You will land on that employee's page.

  5. Click "Download or Email Reports" in the top-right of the screen.

  6. A menu titled “Download or Email Reports” will appear.

  7. Under “Coaching [Employee Name],” select “Management Strategy Guide.”

  8. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.

  9. Click the “Download items” button.

  10. The download will automatically start.

Note: If you select multiple resources, they will download as separate PDFs.

Tip: You can also email this report if you'd prefer. To do so, click "Email items" and follow the subsequent directions.

Can I download my own Management Strategy Guide?

Yes. To download your own Management Strategy Guide:

  1. Log in to the PI software.

  2. Select Inspire from the top navigation bar.

  3. From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.

  4. Click “View more.”

  5. You will land on your person page.

  6. Click "Download or Email Reports" in the top-right of the screen.

  7. A menu titled “Download or Email Reports” will appear.

  8. Under “Coaching [Your Name],” select “Management Strategy Guide.”

  9. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.

  10. Click the “Download items” button.

  11. The download will automatically start.​
