Managing third-party integrations

The Integrations page from Organization Settings lets you manage third-party integrations associated with your PI account.

How to find the Integrations page

  1. Log in to the PI software.
  2. Click the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar. 
  3. You will land on the People tab within the Administration page.
  4. Click the Organization Settings tab.
  5. Select Integrations on the left-hand side.
  6. You will land on the Integrations page.

Note: Only an organization admin can access Organization Settings.

What third-party integrations are supported?

Currently, PI allows a single third-party integration: You can enter a webhook URL to send data whenever an employee or candidate completes the PI Behavioral Assessment.

More third-party integrations are planned for the future.

FAQ

I want to connect The Predictive Index to Microsoft Teams. Can I do that?
I don’t see an option to manage integrations. Why?
You must be an organization admin to manage integrations.
