Managing integrations

Learn about Predictive Index software integrations, from applicant tracking software (ATS) to human resource information systems (HRIS).

This article applies to organization admins in the PI2 platform.


The Integrations tab from the Administration page lets you manage integrations associated with your PI account.

How to find the Integrations page

  1. Log in to the PI software.

  2. Click the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar.


  3. You will land on the People tab within the Administration page.

  4. Click the Integrations tab.

Note: Only an organization admin can access Organization Settings.

What integrations are supported?

PI2 currently supports the following types of integrations:

FAQs

I don't see an option to manage integrations. Why?

You must be an organization admin to manage integrations.

What native integrations from PI are available?

PI currently supports native ATS integrations with Greenhouse and Paylocity, with more integrations planned in the future.

What third-party integration providers do you work with?

PI currently supports third-party integrations from three approved vendors:

  • Joynd (ATS integrations)​

  • Flexspring (ATS integrations)

  • Merge (HRIS integrations)

I'm looking for information on "X" integration. Where do I find that?
