This article applies to all Perform users in the PI2 platform.

During a meeting, you may find that some topics are one-offs while other topics should be part of your agenda every time.

In this article, you'll learn how to recur (or snooze) discussion topics in your PI Perform meetings.

How to create a recurring discussion topic (or snooze it)

  1. Click the "More options" button to the right of a discussion topic.

  2. Select "Create recurring topic" from the dropdown options.

  3. This will open the comments panel.

  4. Click "Set schedule" where it says "Revisit."

  5. Select how frequently you'd like to make this topic recur. (Alternatively, you can choose to snooze the topic until a specific date.)

    • Snoozing will automatically complete a topic and set it to reopen on the specified date.

    • The other options will keep the topic on the open agenda for this meeting and then automatically reopen it as instructed.

  6. Once you've selected a cadence, you'll see it next to "Revisit." You can edit this by clicking it again.

  7. You'll also see the Revisit icon on the discussion topic in both the workspace view and in Meeting Mode:

FAQs

If I create a recurring topic, will its subtopics also recur with it?

No. Subtopics have their own cadence and thus do not automatically follow the recurrence you set for the top-level topic.

If you'd like subtopics to recur, follow the same instructions above to set their cadence to your liking.
