The PI Behavioral Assessment
How do I assess employees from PI Administration?
How do I assess employees from PI Administration?
There are several different ways to assess employees from Administration. You can:
Upload an organization file with each employee's information (there will be a step that includes sending out the PI Behavioral Assessment).
Copy and share your employee assessment link with any employee you'd like to take the Behavioral Assessment.
Click the "More actions" button next to an employee's name in the employee directory and hit "Send assessment" (or "Resend assessment").
Enter an employee's email using the "Send the Behavioral Assessment" widget on the PI dashboard.
Our organization doesn't subscribe to "X" PI product. Is it still possible to use the PI Behavioral Assessment with our employee base?
Our organization doesn't subscribe to "X" PI product. Is it still possible to use the PI Behavioral Assessment with our employee base?
Yes. By default, the PI Behavioral Assessment is included with any PI subscription, allowing a baseline of employee behavioral insights for every organization.
Here's what behavioral data every PI subscription has access to:

Preferred work style
You can access this information by searching for an employee via the global search function, or by clicking on their name from the "Employee assessments" tab, located on the PI Dashboard.
Additionally, each employee who takes the PI Behavioral Assessment will receive a copy of their Behavioral Report.

What emails are sent from The Predictive Index?
The Predictive Index sends emails from the following addresses:
[email protected] (used for most PI products)
[email protected] (used mainly for PI Perform)
We recommend safelisting both of these domains to ensure your employees receive PI updates without issue.
