Consolidated directory table

Product: Platform

Release type: Enhancement

Date released: July 7, 2026

This update brings a series of improvements to the employee directory, including new filters, adjustable columns, and the consolidation of information and bulk actions previously located on other pages.

Note: As part of this release, the "Employee Access Settings" page has been retired. Similarly, on July 24, we will be sunsetting the "Pending Invitations" page. Moving forward, all the information/actions from these pages will be accessible via the employee directory.

What's new?

Consolidated directory table

Visit the employee directory, and you will see 4 new "quick action" panels, letting you view key data and take action with greater speed.

You will also see the addition of 5 new columns — Hire, Inspire, Design, Diagnose, Perform — that allow you to view employee access information at a glance. (This replaces the existing Employee Access Settings page.)

Customizable table columns

Because the employee directory now supports additional columns, users can customize this table (done via the "Columns" button) and select exactly what columns they'd like to see at once.

There are 12 columns in total:

  • Name (always shown)

  • Manager

  • Department

  • Job Title

  • Email

  • Location

  • Legacy Folder (only applies to organizations that upgraded from the Legacy PI platform)

  • Hire

  • Inspire

  • Design

  • Diagnose

  • Perform

As part of this update, you can also drag columns around, enlarge or shorten individual column widths, and sort as usual, allowing for greater control over what employee data is on screen at any given time.

New directory filters

Finally, the new employee directory supports the following new filters:

  • User access > Pending invitation - Allows you to filter the directory for users with pending software invitations, so you can easily resend invitations.

  • Assessment status > Multiple assessment records - Filter the directory for employees with multiple BA records, so you can find and manage those BAs more efficiently.

  • Product Access > Has [PRODUCT] access - Filter the directory by access to a specific PI product, so you can modify access levels in bulk.

  • Admin access > Org admin - Filter for all active organization admins (also denoted by a star symbol), so you can promote/demote as needed.

  • Admin access > Cog admin - Similarly, filter for all active cognitive admins, so you can promote/demote as needed.

Quick action panels

Product: Platform

Release type: Enhancement

Date released: July 7, 2026

We've added a series of "quick action" panels to Administration, allowing admins and third-party users to see information at a glance and take action on key admin workflows.

There are 4 quick action panels in total, each displaying distinct information:

  • Not assessed

  • Pending assessments

  • No software access

  • Missing a manager

Click a specific quick action, and a side panel will open allowing you to take action.

Not assessed: Shows the number of employees who have never been sent the PI Behavioral Assessment.

Click this quick action to surface a "Send assessments" panel, which allows you to quickly send the BA to these employees.

Pending assessments: Shows the number of employees with pending Behavioral Assessment invitations.

Click this quick action to surface a "Resend assessments" panel, which allows you to quickly resend the BA to these employees.

No software access: Shows the number of employees without PI2 software access (either because their access was disabled or because they were never invited).

Click this quick action to surface a 2-part "Grant software access" panel. First, select the employees to whom you'd like to grant access. Then, set the access levels you'd like to grant in bulk.

Missing a manager: Shows the number of employees currently missing manager data in their employee record.

Click this quick action to surface a "Assign managers" panel, which lets you search for and assign managers to employees one at a time. (For larger updates, we recommend uploading an organization data file.)

We hope this update lets you take action on employee data at greater speed and with fewer clicks.

Manage software access from directory

Product: Platform

Release type: Enhancement

Date released: July 7, 2026

As part of the above updates, we've also added the ability to manage software access for individual employees via the employee directory.

Click the more actions button (...) to the right of an employee's details, and you will see 2 new options: "Update software access" and "Disable software access."

Click "Update software access," and a side panel will open allowing you to modify this employee's software access right from the directory. (If the employee does not currently have software access, they will receive an email notifying them and inviting them to log in to the PI2 software.)

Click "Disable software access," meanwhile, and a confirmation pop-up will appear. Hit "Disable access" to confirm, and the employee's software access will be revoked. (You can grant them software access again at any time.)

We hope this update makes it easier to modify software access within your existing workflow.
