Adding new candidates to a job

To view a candidate’s job fit or leverage tools like the Interview Builder, you must first add that candidate to a job.

How to add a new candidate to a job

  1. Log in to the PI software.
  2. Select Hire from the top navigation bar.
  1. You will land on the Hiring Center.
  2. Create a job (or select an existing job).
  3. Click the Candidates tab near the top of the screen.
  1. Click the “Add Candidates” button.
  1. Select the assessments you want to send this candidate, then hit “Next.”
  1. Enter the candidate’s details, then click “Send & add to job.”
  1. The person will be added to the job.

FAQs

Why can’t I see “X” candidate?
There are two common reasons you might not see a candidate in Hire:

– That person has not been sent the PI Behavioral Assessment. (This means they’re not currently in the PI system.)

– That candidate is currently unattached to a job. (They’re in the PI system, but you might not have access to see them.)

To view unattached candidates, request admin access from another admin at your organization.
