FAQs
Can I restore a deleted candidate?
Once a candidate has been deleted, the action cannot be undone. Please make sure your team is no longer considering the candidate before deleting them.
I don’t see an option to delete “X” candidate. Why?
Here are 3 common reasons why you might not be able to delete a candidate:
1. To delete a candidate, that candidate must be associated with a job. To solve this, simply add the candidate to an existing job.
2. You must have “edit” access to that job, and not just “view” access. To gain access, ask someone with those permissions to share the job with “edit” permissions.
3. The candidate cannot be an employee. If the candidate is an employee, and you’d still like to delete them, you should instead archive that employee.
