If you know a person’s Behavioral Score ID (BSID), you can create a candidate record in Hire and add them to a job in the same motion.
How to add a candidate via BSID
Log in to the PI software.
Select Hire from the top navigation bar.
You’ll land on the Hiring Center.
Search for the relevant job.
Click the "Add candidates" button.
A page titled "Add candidates" will open.
Select the tab titled "Add another way."
Expand the panel titled “Enter a candidate’s Behavioral Score ID (BSID).”
Enter the candidate’s name and email.
Enter the person’s BSID.
Enter the date the assessment was taken. (If you don’t know this, enter your best estimate.)
Click “Add to job.”
A candidate record will be generated for this BSID, and the candidate will be added to the job.
