Downloading your Behavioral Report

Looking to share your Behavioral Report or create a hard copy for reference? Inspire lets you easily download and print a PDF version.

How to download your Behavioral Report

1. Log in to PI Inspire.
2. From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.
3. Click “View more.”
4. Look for your name at the top of the page.
5. Click the download icon () next to your name.
6. A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.
7. Select “Behavioral report” from the list of resources.
8. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download
9. Click the “Download items” button.
10. A PDF will download containing your Behavioral Report.

Note: If you select additional resources, they will download as separate PDFs.

FAQs

What’s the difference between my PDF report and the report within Inspire?

The PDF report contains identical content to the Behavioral Report within Inspire. Feel free to use whichever format you prefer.

Can I download a co-worker’s Behavioral Report?

Yes. To download another person’s report:

1. Log in to PI Inspire.

2. Search for the co-worker whose report you’d like to download.

3. Look for their name at the top of the page.

4. Click the download icon () next to their name.

5. A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.

6. Select “Behavioral report” from the list of resources.

7. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download

8. Click the “Download items” button.

9. A PDF will download containing the co-worker’s Behavioral Report.

Note: If you select additional resources, they will download as separate PDFs.
