Log in to PI Perform.
Access your Behavioral Report.
On the first page, you will see a 10-digit ID with this format: XXX-XXXX-XXX.
Record this ID for future reference.

Follow the steps in this article, but instead of going to your personal workspace, go to a 1:1 workspace with the relevant co-worker. Their Behavioral Report will be located on the right-hand side of the page.
You’ll find the employee's BSID on the first page of their Behavioral Report (just like your own BSID).

While you cannot add an employee via BSID from Perform, we are soon adding the ability to add an employee via BSID from PI Administration, after which you can invite them to Perform.
