The answer depends on what PI resources you're currently leveraging. Click on the respective resource to learn more:
What languages does the PI software support?
Currently, the PI2 software interface is English-only. This includes (but is not limited to):
Navigational labels
Page copy
Educational panels
Support articles
That said, we have plans to internationalize the PI2 software and will have more to share in the future. For more on our internationalization plans, scroll down to our FAQ.
Tip: Although the PI software is currently English-only, assessments can be sent and taken in multiple languages. Read on to learn more.
What languages does the PI Behavioral Assessment support?
PI Behavioral Assessment takers (i.e., candidates and employees) can select from 68 languages when taking the assessment. For a full list of languages, scroll down to our FAQ.
Note: When sending the PI Behavioral Assessment to candidates via email (i.e., from Hire), users can send the BA in one of 3 languages:

French
Spanish
The Behavioral Assessment email (and BA instructions) will default to the selected language. However, the candidate can select any of the 68 available languages prior to taking the BA.
What languages does the PI Cognitive Assessment support?
PI Cognitive Assessment takers (i.e., candidates) can select from 64 languages when taking the assessment. For a full list of languages, scroll down to our FAQ.
Note: When sending the PI Cognitive Assessment via email (i.e., from Hire), users can send the CA in one of 3 languages:

Can PI Behavioral Assessment takers choose a different language than the default?
Yes. When a candidate or employee opens an invitation to take the PI Behavioral Assessment, the instructions will display based on the default assessment email language (either English, French, or Spanish). However, before taking the actual assessment, the reader will be prompted to choose the language they’re most comfortable with out of 68 choices.
Example: If you send someone the assessment in French, but the BA-taker would prefer to take the assessment in Arabic, they can do so.

Please note: The timeline for internationalization is still being finalized, and the languages we've selected are tentative; they may change in time.
How do I change the language for PI assessment emails?
How do I change the language for PI assessment emails?
Currently, you can only change the language for PI assessment emails from Hire. To do so:
Proceed to send the BA or send the CA to a candidate by clicking "Add candidates," then "Send assessments."
From here, you'll see an option to select the email language for the assessment(s).
You can choose from either English, French, or Spanish (Spain).
Is it possible to send the BA to employees in non-English languages?
Is it possible to send the BA to employees in non-English languages?
No. Currently, it is only possible to send the BA to candidates in non-English languages (either French or Spanish). However, we plan to add the ability to send the BA to employees in non-English languages (e.g., from Inspire) in the future.
Can I modify the default email copy in a specific assessment email?
Can I modify the default email copy in a specific assessment email?
Yes. This is done from Administration. To do so:
Navigate to the Co-Branding and Email Templates page.
Scroll down to the "Email Message Customization" section.
Select the assessment email whose default copy you'd like to modify. You can select from the following 5 emails:
Behavioral Assessment invite
Cognitive Assessment invite
Behavioral Assessment reminder
Cognitive Assessment reminder
Behavioral Assessment completion
Select a language: either English, French, or Spanish.
Modify the exact copy to your liking.
Note: This will set a global email default for all assessments sent by your organization. This default cannot be overridden.
