Viewing, downloading, or emailing an employee’s Behavioral Report

Access the Predictive Index Behavioral Report, and read about a person's most prominent behaviors, management style, and influencing style.

If a person's Snapshot is an at-a-glance look at their behavioral identity, their Behavioral Report is the full deep-dive.

What’s included in the Behavioral Report?

An employee’s Behavioral Report includes the following:

  • A detailed summary of their behavioral identity

  • A list of their most prominent behaviors

  • Notes about how they manage projects or tasks

  • Notes about how they influence others

How to view/download my own Behavioral Report

To view your own Behavioral Report:

  1. Log in to PI Inspire.

  2. From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.

  3. Click “View more.”

  4. Look for Behavioral Insights on the left-hand side.

  5. Click “Behavioral Report.”

  6. You’ll land on your Behavioral Report.

To download your own Behavioral Report:

  1. Look for your name at the top of the page.

  2. Click the download icon () next to your name.

  3. A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.

  4. Select “Behavioral report” from the list of resources.

  5. Select the desired language from the dropdown options.

  6. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.

  7. Click the “Download items” button.

  8. A PDF will download containing your Behavioral Report.

Note: If you select additional resources, they will download as separate PDFs.

How to view, download, or email an employee's Behavioral Report

To view an employee’s Behavioral Report:

  1. Log in to PI Inspire.

  2. From the Inspire homepage, find the search box on the right-hand side.

  3. Search for the employee whose behavioral data you'd like to see.

  4. Select their name from the dropdown options.

  5. You’ll land on that person's Snapshot page.

  6. Look for Behavioral Insights on the left-hand side.

  7. Click “Behavioral Report.”

  8. You’ll land on the person’s Behavioral Report.

To download an employee’s Behavioral Report:

  1. Visit an employee's page in Inspire.

  2. Click the "Email or download reports" button in the top-right.

  3. A menu titled “Email or Download Reports” will appear.

  4. Select “Behavioral Report” from the list of resources.

  5. (Optional) Select your preferred language for the Behavioral Report.

  6. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.

  7. Click the “Download items” button.

  8. A PDF will download containing the employee's Behavioral Report.

Note: If you select additional resources, they will download as separate PDFs.

To email an employee’s Behavioral Report:

  1. Visit an employee's page in Inspire.

  2. Click the "Email or download reports" button in the top-right.

  3. A menu titled “Email or Download Reports” will appear.

  4. Select “Behavioral Report” from the list of resources.

  5. (Optional) Select your preferred language for the Behavioral Report.

  6. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to email.

  7. Click the “Email items” button.

  8. You'll be prompted to select the person(s) you'd like to email this report to.

    Note: You can choose to email to yourself, to the employee, or to the employee's manager. You can also include up to 10 additional people by entering their email addresses.

  9. (Optional) Customize the email content. (This email also includes some preset copy, which you can preview before sending.)

  10. Send out the email by clicking "Email report(s)."

FAQs

What’s the difference between the Behavioral Report page in Inspire and the PDF report?

The PDF report contains identical content to the Behavioral Report in Inspire. Feel free to use whichever format you prefer.

How do I find my own Behavioral Report in Inspire?

To view your own Behavioral Report:

  1. Log in to PI Inspire.

  2. From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.

  3. Click “View more.”

  4. You’ll land on your Snapshot page.

  5. Look for Behavioral Insights on the left-hand side.

  6. Click “Behavioral Report.”

  7. You’ll land on your Behavioral Report.

What languages does the Behavioral Report support?

The Behavioral Report currently supports the following 13 languages:

  • English

  • Chinese (simplified)

  • Danish

  • Dutch

  • French

  • German

  • Italian

  • Korean

  • Polish

  • Portuguese (Brazil)

  • Russian

  • Spanish (Spain)

  • Swedish

Note: The above languages only apply to the Behavioral Report. The PI software itself is currently English-only.

Isn’t the PI Behavioral Assessment available in 60+ languages?

Yes—the Behavioral Assessment supports 68 languages in total (see: next question). Employees can choose any one of those languages when taking the assessment.

However, the Behavioral Report is only available in 13 languages (see: previous question).
