Which employees have a Coaching Guide?
A Coaching Guide is available for any employee who meets the following criteria:
They have behavioral data in Inspire.
They are associated with a job in Hire (and have an active Behavioral Target).
Who can access an employee’s Coaching Guide?
To access an employee’s Coaching Guide, you must have the following:
Access to Inspire
Access to the relevant job in Hire
How to access an employee’s Coaching Guide
Log in to the PI software.
Select Inspire from the top navigation bar.
Enter the employee’s name into the search bar.
Select the intended name from the option(s) that populate.
You will land on the employee's page.
On the left-hand side, look for the section titled “Coaching [Employee Name].”
Select “Coaching Guide.”
You will land on that person's Coaching Guide.
Can I download the Coaching Guide to print or share?
Yes. To download a PDF version:
Click "Download or Email Reports" in the top-right of the screen.
Select "Coaching Guide" from the available options.
(Optional) Select any other resources you'd like to download.
Confirm by clicking "Download items."
The download will automatically start.
Note: If you select multiple resources, they will download as separate PDFs.
Tip: You can also email this report if you'd prefer. To do so, click "Email items" and follow the subsequent directions.

There are a few common reasons why you might not see the Coaching Guide:
This employee doesn’t have a Coaching Guide. (See: Which employees have a Coaching Guide?)
You don’t have access to view the relevant job in Hire. (To get access, ask someone with access to share the job with you.)
Your organization isn’t subscribed to both PI Hire and PI Inspire. (Learn how to upgrade your PI subscription.)
How can I modify who sees which Coaching Guides?
How can I modify who sees which Coaching Guides?
Access to the Coaching Guide is tied to job access in Hire. By default, anyone with access to Inspire and access to the relevant job will be able to view a person’s Coaching Guide.
To modify access to a specific Coaching Guide, you can change who is shared on the associated job in Hire.
Note: Organization admins and Hire admins can view all jobs—and therefore can view all Coaching Guides. Learn more about access levels.
