Inspire’s coaching guides help you understand exactly how to manage and motivate your direct reports.

How coaching guides work

Each person within Inspire has a unique coaching guide known as the Management Strategy Guide. 

Unlike the Management Skills Guide, which is designed to help you grow as a leader, the Management Strategy Guide offers personalized guidance for managing specific individuals.

How to download a person’s Management Strategy Guide

1. Log in to PI Inspire.
2. Search for the co-worker whose guide you’d like to download.
3. Look for their name at the top of the page.
4. Click the download icon () next to the name.
5. A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.
6. Under “Coaching [Employee Name],” select “Management Strategy Guide.”
7. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.
8. Click the “Download items” button.
9. The download will automatically start.

Note: If you select multiple resources, they will download as separate PDFs.

FAQ

Can I download my own Management Strategy Guide?

Yes. To download your own Management Strategy Guide:

1. Log in to PI Inspire.

2. From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.

3. Click “View more.”

4. Look for your name at the top of the page.

5. Click the download icon () next to your name.

6. A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.

7. Under “Coaching [Your Name],” select “Management Strategy Guide.”

8. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.

9. Click the “Download items” button.

10. The download will automatically start.
